1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrendLock ("the Service"), operated by Pollinate Trading ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrendLock provides algorithmic trading signals, market analysis, and related educational content delivered via email and a web dashboard. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.

3. No Financial Advice

We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. The signals and analysis provided are based on systematic, rules-based strategies and are shared for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly, 6-month, or annual).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials or signal content with third parties. Each subscription is for a single user. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, software, and branding associated with TrendLock and Pollinate Trading are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollinate Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
